She has recruited for executive-level searches across the US including Texas, Wisconsin, Florida, and Maryland, helping fill over 50 positions. She has also written grants for government entities and nonprofit organizations in states including New Mexico, Texas, Mississippi, and Louisiana.

Since 2021, Brittany has been serving others through her experience and passion via McCoy Consulting, where she acts as a trusted “gap filler” for organizations, businesses, and nonprofits—stepping in to provide the funding expertise, strategic planning, operational processes, and organizational systems that entities often lack in-house. Through her firm, she partners with clients to identify opportunities, strengthen internal capacity, and position them for long-term growth and sustainability.

Brittany has been recognized by H&R Block Advisors, the Wall Street Journal, and Glamour Magazine, following her passion for development, helping others, and her experience as a small business owner and in navigating the professional world and overcoming vestibular migraines, known as one of many “invisible disabilities” that about 10% of 61 million adults with disabilities across the US face in silence, daily.
