She is a digital transformation leader with 20 years of experience driving complex, technology-enabled change across consulting and industry, with particular depth in aerospace manufacturing. She is certified in Generative AI Strategy and has led initiatives in supply chain optimization to improve efficiency and performance on the factory floor.

Her expertise spans AI, cloud, and emerging SaaS platforms, enabling enterprise-level performance improvements across industries including aerospace, life sciences, semiconductors, and consumer products. She has designed and delivered large-scale ERP, procurement, and contract management solutions that streamlined operations and improved business outcomes.

A graduate of Xavier University of Louisiana with a degree in political science, Courtney is passionate about mentorship and education. She has developed and led leadership programs for high-performing professionals and teaches consulting and supply chain courses at multiple universities, preparing students to succeed with emerging technologies, including generative AI.
