President and CEO, Greater Jackson Chamber of Commerce

Jeff is President and CEO of the Greater Jackson Chamber of Commerce. He previously served as senior vice president of economic development for the Greater Jackson Alliance, and before that as public relations manager for the Mississippi Development Authority, where he managed communications for the state's lead economic and community development agency.

Before joining MDA, Jeff was director of external affairs for the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency, and he spent 14 years as a broadcast meteorologist, including six years forecasting the weather at WJTV in Jackson.

A native of Muncie, Indiana, Jeff received his bachelor's degree in history and communications from Ball State University, and he holds a certificate in broadcast meteorology from Mississippi State University.
