Rachel Lassel 

Rachel Lassel is a healthcare executive and registered nurse with more than two decades of experience leading clinical operations, quality, and patient safety across hospital systems in Florida and Missouri. She currently serves as Corporate Director of Spiritual Care Operations for AdventHealth, where she leads a team serving system-wide, focused on patient and family support, resource referral, and care center oversight.

Rachel’s career has centered on turning around struggling programs and building cultures of trust and accountability. She is leading efforts to make spiritual care support accessible and a seamless specialty available to patients, team members, and the communities they serve.

Rachel holds a Masters in Healthcare Administration, Strategy & Innovation from AdventHealth University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University, and is board certified as a Nurse Executive (NE-BC). She is a member of the American Organization for Nursing Leadership, the American College of Healthcare Executives, and the American Nurses Association.

Beyond her clinical and administrative work, Rachel is deeply committed to community service. She has served as a Citizen Board Member for the Orlando Public Arts Advisory Board and volunteered as a summer camp nurse caring for children ages 8–17. She joins The Manors Foundation’s board bringing her partnership-building experience and her passion for strengthening community health to advancing the foundation’s mission of supporting dialysis patients and their families.
